if u got airline miles that you dont need/want, donate it here. does not cost u a dime, but gives our troops zero-cost flights from point of arrival in US, to home to visit family.

Its implemented in Kuwait, and thats the transit point for troops coming home from Iraq and Afghanistan. Its dished out on a 'first come first served' basis.
