That is excellent. There are times when unions cut their noses to spite the face, when moves like that are implemented or contemplated. I am sure their are a hundred other items you have observed. Your solution gave a person a FULL time job.

People should recall history and the manner of the gentleman's war. All lined up so they could ensure effective killing by firing volleys into each others ranks. That eventually led to the defeat of the British, once the Colonies learned to fight to win. It would be sad if we don't learn from that. We are at times to far removed from the reality of war or conflict. We all have to remember how we laugh at the dog when thunder rolls. Laugh at the women and children as it grows louder and they too cower in fear, but never forget how our laughter fades when the strikes are in the yard, on the house, the windows are shaking it is far to close and too real. We mock ourselves with our false sense of securties.
