With no paper trail, no evidence, so how would anyone know if three was fraud or not. The internal emails I saw from Diebold were very disturbing. In one, Gore tallied minus 17,000 votes. I don't know if that was a test run or what but whatever it was it should send shivers down every honest American's spine.

Huh? The federal government is not purchasing the machines.

You are incorrect. The Help America Vote Act (HAVA) of 2002 incorporates several provisions for federal funding of the new machines. (Unless you see these grants as separate from a county clerk's purchase order.)
