Riddle me this-
I'm 23yo, looking for a job not as a trader, but in the "normal" economy.

What niches will do well as our nation falls apart!

This is not an easy question!!!!
Mortgage Loan Officer positions are prevalent, but it looks as though that would be disaterous correct?

I believe so but not sure.
Bear in mind FNM was 6 months behind on hedging and when treasuries tanked in June they got crucified in losses. No one cared and they have bid FNM back up. If they are fully hedged, pricing in rate hikes they are going to lose again I suspect. FNM is a ticking time bomb IMO.
