Interesting job duties * Investigate Mortgage Originations for evidence of inflated appraisal through commission and analysis of review and retro appraisals. * Negotiate claim payments with customers where inflated appraisals found. * Handle disputes with customers over inflated appraisals. * Work with outside appraisal vendors for appraisal quality, value disputes and timely response. * Liaise with State Appraisal Boards to support actions against fraudulent appraisers. * Participate in the development and implementation of processes to identify and control appraisal fraud and misrepresentation. gecareers.com
