Energy Split is also fairly well in line with its NAV, though it could certainly go to discount. Then it would really be a buy. But I am not waiting for a discount.

Don't want to be too pie-in-the-sky about this thing, but I could see the 2004 payout on ES exceeeding 25%.

But if all the fertilizer factories shut down, and everyone in North America turn down their heating thermostats to 55 F, and if everyone keeps their air conditioners switched off next summer, I might lose money on this stock.
