Do you think the economic cycle would have been different if Gore was in power? Bull and bear markets come and go in cycles and there is nothing any President can do about it....What goes up must come down so it can go up again. Hey at one time there was a bull market in tulips...world wide....wonder which president was to blame when the tulips crashed? :-)
