The only question I have not answered that I can think of is your stupid irrelevent question about whether it was the first time that the ACLU had gone after the judge that snuck the 10 commandments into the courthouse in the middle of the night.

Well, here's your answer. I don't know for sure, but since you are bringing it up, it is probably not the first time. Now how is that relevent?
