Libia is not a threat to any country and never has been,except for maybe terrorists blowing up planes. There is a body of evidence that indicates the plane bombs may have been false flag operations of Western intelligence agencies. Blaming Libya was the objective because Moammar Kaddafi was a socialist and decided to spend his nation's income on the people, removing the profit stream from Western corporations, especially Oxy Pete. This insolence and socialism was anathema to governments in Washington, London and Tel Aviv. Thus Kaddafi was painted as a rat by the propaganda services in the West. The extortion just extracted by the West is the bribery demanded in order to allow capital flows into Libyan industry. This is another very tawdry case of Western chicanery, disinformation for the public and grossly unfair treatment of Third World nations. Altogether a shameful case of Western hubris.
