Housing prices gaining rapidly, even pre-built houses costing $50k . People here not buying plain vanilla 1/2 ton trucks anymore. Now buying dually 4 doors with big noisy diesel engines. This would not be obvious in more rural areas like N Dakota I suppose. Nas is moving up overnight and is now back around zero change despite the terror warning.
