OMG

From CBS 'Stocks to Watch' for Monday:

"OM Group (OMG: news, chart, profile), a metals and chemical company, said late Friday that it filed a 10-Q for its third-quarter results that raises the earnings per share to $2.19, up from $1.14 previously reported. OM said the gain from selling a metals business rose to $62.7 million from the previously announced $53.7 because of lower sale expenses. Also, a charge of $45 million was reduced to $23.5 million as the company determined that costs should be assigned to other quarters. OM's U.S. Fidelity nickel division was reclassified from a discontinued operation to a continuing operation, with its $6 million operating loss now factored in. Restatements for previous quarters will be filed in the coming week as reassigned charge amounts are determined, OM said."
