Re hard working developers of the fascist state - catching up on tivo'd sunday talkies and caught the redoubtable Tom DeLay on Meet the Press gives his version of Orwell's Ministry of Truth on the budget and his own fundraising. Even Tim Russert couldn't believe what he was hearing, Congress is "restraining spending", all is rosy, and defending lavish political parties being held to "save the children".

It's not the history we see that is so deeply troubling. It is the incessant manner that Bush is fulfilling the planning documents of the Right, i.e. the strategies of such organizations as PNAC, AEI, the Heritage Foundation, Grover Norquist's group, etc.

That's interesting Ray because I see you being right about where bin Laden was in August, 2001. Angry at the world and blaming oblique and mysterious conspiracies for all your troubles.
