Let me put in my frequent endorsement of real opiates as pain killers. Far superior to synthetic opiates. I'd love to see us buying opium from Afghanistan and for pharmaceutical companies to sell that rather than far more expensive and addictive synthetic opiates. My Tylenol #3 with codeine is actually generic, costs a fraction of Oxycontin.
