Those who sent us to war on a false pretext be they democrats or republicans should be voted out. They were spectacularly wrong, and they wasted the human and monetary resources of our country at a time when we cannot afford to waste them. Vote the morons out- whatever their political affiliation.

In a much-touted Dec. 15 cover story entitled "Lawsuit Hell," Newsweek published a one-sided diatribe masquerading as journalism, accompanied by week-long broadcast tie-ins and online chats on NBC and its Web sites. In what purported to be an in-depth look at what corporate interests have falsely labeled a "litigation crisis," the magazine fell for myths and distortions spread by a well-organized campaign funded by big business and launched an unprecedented crusade against consumers' access to the courts.
