Yes, the world is always safer when a would-be terrorist who wouldn't be actually ends up becoming one. Sorta like kids and drugs.

Here's something to think about that nobody's written about. Saddam got his power dreams around the age of 20. Who do you think's holding those same power dreams today, who also happens to be around the same age? And what will the world be like when this young person, hatting America more than ever, assumes power either in Iraq or some other nation?
