thank you, I am not too bothered by remarks. In fact considering the sources it is a nice confirmation that most of the folks are very decent people.

I agree about the rates and inflation but, imho, the pattern in movement of long term rates does not suggest any immediate threat:

it also does not look like we are entering any serious inflation either
