My theory on EAG PR's may be way out but here it is. Management has been buying stock the last month. Maybe they want to buy some more at current prices or lower? Usually the CC pr's come out a week or two before the CC. The last one was a month. Leaves plenty of time for a drifting of the price to come down, or give some folks an opportunity to buy before the CC. I actually have tried to sell all of my position at the 1.50 to 1.55 level with the expectation of buying back in before the CC. Maybe as low at 1.15 to 1.25. It's a gamble, but that was my play. Don't think I will chance it unless I get at least 1.50 for current shares. As for the potential dilution, I am not concerned. It tells me they have capital expenditure plans ahead. Remember they expect to be cash flow break even this quarter so additional funds may just be needed to expand their operation due to expected increase in sales (orb maybe). All my opinion only.
