Could be crocodile tears ;-( Could be tears of shame knowing that his daddy and so many of his ilk will profit so greatly by their affiliation with The Carlyle Group and that they'll save a place at the table for him when he leaves office. Perhaps he's crying because he finally realized that had he done his job right and assimilated all the intelligence on terrorism available when he took office and acted on then he could've prevented a lot of bloodshed. His policy of taking democracy to the middle east is a shameless kowtowing to the Saudi oil hegemony.
