China is converting some US bonds, not all. Moving bond money around occurs all the time. I do not argue that some money has flowed out, but it is not at a level to be concerned. It will only become a concern should it happen more extensively and for a prolonged period.
China is but one country of the Asia you wrote about. But thanks.
