Troops always complain about chow.....I've heard nothing unlike any previous in the last 20 years.... This is worse than usual...I think this one involves lots of rats, bugs, and sanitary conditions. jttmab

Here's an interesting chart to support the point I made earlier that you seem to be in denial about. heritage.org Notice that there's no particular relationship between Congressional control and budget increases...it's a bit dated, not showing the last couple years of GOP control. But that should be fresh in your memory. This makes me wonder why I see the Heritage Foundation claim that it's Democratic control of Congress that's responsible for spending increases, when the have the data [and publish it] that shows control of Congress isn't a factor. I guess it just sounds good and they can get people like you to repeat it. jttmab
