Came accross WLSN over the weekend. Seems the big issue is whether GE, or whoever, will refinance WLSN's debt. I read on the message board something about WLSN violating debt covenants, but there were no details. Is this true or is it just the fact that the debt is now come due? If the latter, seems similar to DXT's "near death" experience -- their debt was refinanced.

On a very brief review, WLSN has large and strong cash flow when everything is working correctly and has had sizeable earnings in the past. Difficult, though, to measure the ture earnings power of the company.

They seem like a pretty good retailer. They've been around many years and withstood the test of time.

Are you buying at these levels? What are your thoughts about this one???
