Each state in the country has their own particular method of tabulating the vote. All states possess independent election boards committees which oversee the election process. It would be impossible for a single group to usurp the process nationwide. It might be possible to affect some small scale voting fraud in a small jurisdiction, but totally impossible to do on a national basis. Florida, during the last election, was one of the few states that had not completely converted to electronic tabulation. In a few jurisdictions they used manual ballots that could easily be misinterpreted. I understand Florida won't be using those kinds of ballots ever again. However, whether voting is done electronically or not, there is always a paper trail. In my state, Maryland, a simple form is give to the voter with the electees listed by name. The form is filled out be pencil and a machine reads the results. However, the original form is always maintained and is available for recount in the event that voter fraud or irregularities are alleged. You and Raymond and the rest of your Hate Bush Brigade know absolutely nothing about the voting process, martial law, or how the balance of power is maintained in this country. You are using these message boards as your own bully pulpit to spread your hate and intolerance. Fortunately, your posts are so incredibly off-the-wall that virtually no one in their right mind will believe you.
