Your numbers don't make sense, a control group was formed not shares issued for purchase, new company gross income is near 150 million. Idial was take over, control of stock issued with the amount of 60% stated in report from usa b2i also called Eppsen group the funds came from a large European based company and I'm told the buying has been from overseas recently Otcbb lets the hole process not public info.

I know you don't follow MYNG much anymore, but the story is still fascinating. In 1998 we were all waiting for the geological report on their Cangalli property which was touted then, and still is, as possibly the "world's largest gold mine". Well here we are, almost 2004, and they are actually producing gold at Cangalli, at a loss mind you, but producing....and now, the fans are waiting for another geological report, only this time on a different property. Here's how one outfit, official address a small acreage with a huge hedge out front, not far from me on the Island here, that got 800,000 shares, describes this other property: "Golden Eagle believes the potential at Ascension is as great or greater than at Cangalli."
