BigD, LNG -- Yes, that was quite a run in these last few days. I fortunately retained some of this stock but unfortunately had dumped most of my position. With Conoco behind them it seems very likely that this first terminal will happen. I'm surprised that Conoco didn't just try to start up their own LNG terminal project from the ground up.

Although this LNG stuff is really interesting I've pretty much decided to stick with the bread & butter, the E&P microcaps & small caps. These are really simple companies to understand and they are treating my portfolio quite well, so I'm sticking with what is working for now.

BTW, there is another E&P company with an interest in Cheniere's Freeport terminal, Contango Oil & Gas (MCF). I own a bunch of that stock and still like it pretty much.

Not sure if I will post again today so if not, I'd like to wish all a very Merry Christmas!

They're real alright.
But I just can't convince myself that Cheniere could be worth anything near $12 a share. So I sold some short today. Even with the COP deal, the valuation just doesn't make sense to me.

But then I could be wrong.
