Too early?!!! In February Powell stated unequivocally that the Bush regime knew exactly where the wmds were, and they had the satellite photos to prove it. They've been searching 235 days and have turned up only dirt - and oil. Bush lied, too, when he claimed: Radio address, October 5, 2002
