The stop-work order from the Department of Homeland Security is not new news but does cast a serious negative cast with possible implications of wrongdoing by IDNX. Makes you wonder if the resignation of the Chief Financial Officer Prusch has anything to do with the stop work order? The news release of the Awarded State-Wide Blanket Purchase Agreement to Provide Live Scan Fingerprint Technology to Pennsylvania is clearly an attempt to dampen the lousy forward guidance. I have been long this stock for many years an will hold a little longer to see if they can turn this company around an make some money. At this point I am not sure it’s worth selling; nor am I sure it’s worth buying either.
