Eagles have been devastated with injuries on the D side of the ball this season. 4-5 defensive linemen have been lost for the season, their best LB Emmons broke his leg against the Niners, and the defensive secondary has started one game together all season. Troy Vincent is out again on Saturday. Unfortunately, Lito Shepard can't carry Vincent's jockstrap. The Birds have to get back to running the ball and controlling the clock. They did a piss poor job against the Niners. Reid loves to pass the ball but all he needs to do is look at how his D is performing to understand that ball control is his best chance of winning.
