We could do a study, and see if it saves us money long term in acute care.

If the care you're proposing is cost effective to the taxpaying and insurance paying public, it's OK with me.

Even if it cost a little more, I'd still say it was the civilized thing to do though.

Fostering the notion that people are entitled to non-critical health care, though, could never end up cost effective. It will just sink the lifeboat.

P.S. I saw a swimmer today take a hit from an inhaler before jumping in. I wondered what she was up to. Thanks for the info.
