Indeed we are bound by it, OJ thanks the lord every day he can't be retried by rational jurors. The Supreme Court made a rush to judgement for the sake of expediency and having a distinct slant to the right having been stuffed by Republican presidents they appointed George Warmonger Bush to be president instead of taking the time to find out the true will of the people. This may be the only time I can think of that the Supreme Court failed us so badly. No system is perfect. BTW, pond scum is actually very nutritious and packed with antioxidants. The supplementals companies are making a ton of money peddling the stuff. I'd say that was your highest compliment yet.
