Karen,
I wasn't arguing federal entitlement for cradle to grave medical care although some make a good case as to why it beats what we now have. I was arguing for a definition that would not limit itself to vaccination. It is easy to say "local responsibility" but in many cases the feds are the local govt of last resort. For instance if there were a Sars outbreak in Ohio, would that be left to local authorities to handle? Mike
