Re GLBT any idea what a "satellite simplex applique" is? I honestly don't know and the only place I've been able to find that term, is in their Libya news release. Can't find dick all about Global Telesat either, other than their main contact is apparently Mahboub Benchimol in Miami and he sells cell phones on b2b web sites, yet Global Telesat apparently "owns the only satellite simplex applique situated anywhere in the world outside of the United States" and that seems to be the key to this Libya deal.
