I agree. But Bagley may be getting too close to retirement age and I don't think Steve Newberry is CEO caliber, at least not yet. Bagley may be making the same move as Morgan to be a chairman of Lam, opening a possible CEo position for Sass... just a thought..

I suspect that Sass got a "golden handshake", the purpose of which is to make sure he does not go to an AMAT competitor. He will go somewhere else, but not to a direct competitor.
