That's correct. That's why I trade the ES & SPX futures almost 99% of my trades. If you look at a chart of the SPX, we are way overbought, I will not think about a long trade until we go back to the 20 day MA. I like to scalp 1.5 to 3.0 pts. each trade. I also hedge my trades by going out the next months. I only read SI about once a week, but when I read these posts about how all shorts are dead and the moon the limit, it erks me. Markets goes in cycles, always has, always will. The only variable is the time frame. Just my opinion.
