No no no....Mad Cow is part of a VAST right wing conspiracy to draw attention away from the Investigation that 'Flu Vaccine' is 'a secret *mind control project... in which Americans Are injected with...genetically enginered Ronald Reagan* DNA sequences, ..to be activated when the earth's atmosphere risies to the point where the genetically altered humans are the only survivors...True.....Really... I got his staight from the source who heard it from his roommate's girl friend's third cousin (also the great-uncle), who read it in a magazine, left on the floor of a Reputable Men's room in a bathhouse in a left coast city.
