sidney, I'll let my previous statement stand. If it weren't for a strong Federal government institutionalized racism would still be the law of the land. Perhaps you could explain how it could be otherwise. I keep giving you these opportunities to elucidate your philosophy for everyone to see, but you continue to evade. I think you know your philosophy is so shot full of holes that it could never withstand the light of daylight. Hey, I thought you had me on 'ignore'. Do I add liar to the list too?
