So the founding fathers that drafted our Constitution and Bill of Rights were hysterical??? The Bush administration has done more to violate the Constitution than I ever imagined possible. I recommend an objective read of this outstanding book that is thoroughly footnoted so you can even go back to the original source of the facts, many of which include congressional testimony: Terrorism and Tyranny: Trampling Freedom, Justice and Peace to Rid the World of Evil by James Bovard bestwebbuys.com And don't forget that Congress voted for the USA-Patriot Act before it was even printed. They didn't even know what was in it, and probably still don't.
