12:17 (Dow Jones) The Orange terror alert is being felt at the meeting places of lower Manhattan again. A couple of colleagues trying to hold a meeting at the Millenium Hilton hotel, across from the reopened World Trade Center PATH station, had to be escorted to the third-floor restaurant because neither of them were guests in the hotel, which was also asking every guest for photo ID. Elsewhere, heavily armed cops have been seen at the Big Board. (GC)
