When you consider that they pulled this stunt in October, with all the other trials and scandals and exposes, Salinas is either incredibly cocky or incredibly stupid to think it wouldn't get out.

You are right, a plus for the good corporate governance campaign.

Cramer does seem to be all over the map, but if you can up with his manic delivery I believe the content of his message has merit, at least to me. He preaches buying honest management, diversity, transparency, doing your homework, staying away from fund families that are in trouble, and other principles that resonate with me.

That said, I just don't like this TZA news. Don't have a good feeling, and my recent analysis aside, I have to listen to my gut here.

I sold the remaining lot because I see it dropping again now. I think once the news is fully digested, this could be "hands off" for some time. Could be more cockroaches. Don't think the institutional guys would touch this, but I could be wrong. Could be more press, like piranha smelling blood.

Feel lucky to get out with a small gain.
