Scott, I read that. Mariani's charge that Bush behaved oddly the morning of 9/11 after being notified of the plane dive into the first tower is correct. A friend from New York called me after the first tower was hit and together we watched and talked about the horror of it all. Then we were thrown into panic and despair when half an hour into the conversation a plane hit the second tower. After ostensibly being informed about the first major plane crash - that riveted the rest of the nation - Bush continued to read to the first graders. When told of a second plane, his reaction was weird. The air lanes were compromised making flight dangerous, yet Bush boarded Airforce 1 and flew around aimlessly hiding out - for his protection? We the people never heard from him the idiot for hours. This is a glaring contrast to President Carter, who notified of a potential nuclear meltdown came with wife Rosalyn to check out the situation. The plant he flew to was within half an hour of exploding, yet Carter who had been a nuclear engineer wanted to help his country. The fact Rosalyn accompanied him to this potential disaster proves that she had more cajones than the pathetic, cowardly Bush.

Mariani's charge: 48. Plaintiff asserts and alleges Defendant GWB's behaviors on the morning of "911" upon being informed the nation was under attack to include but not limited to his continued reading of a children's story when he should have expeditiously carried out his joint duties as President and Commander-in-Chief to order air defenses to prevent continued attacks against our Nation, in of itself, calls into question his stability and motives to carry out this nation's top public office
