BEIJING, Dec 23 (Reuters) - A Beijing court has rejected a Johnson & Johnson (nyse: JNJ - news - people) lawsuit against China's trademark regulator, which denied the U.S. company's claim of copyright infringement by a local maker of women's sanitary towels.

Johnson & Johnson, which sells its Carefree brand in China, had accused Wenzhou-based Kangfuya Health Products Ltd since 1997 of misleading consumers with a product line called Careful, the official Xinhua news agency said on Tuesday.
