That ain't nothin'. Start taking a peek at the Executive Orders series. And then there are the even more obscure Presidential Directives.... Ohh La La. Kiss your Republic goodbye!

Especially see EO 13303 (1), for indemnification of all contractors extracting the value of Iraq's oil reserves. :)
