MEXICO CITY, Jan 26 (Reuters) - Shareholders of Mexican broadcaster TV Azteca said on Monday they filed a lawsuit against the company in a U.S. court over a controversial debt deal in which owner Ricardo Salinas and a partner made a profit of more than $200 million.

This is the third lawsuit filed against a Salinas-owned company in less than two weeks.
