Voting should be on ELECTION DAY at the official polls. The only absentee ballots that should be legal should be for military personnel. No political hack should be permitted to be NEAR a registration card. The greatest tragedy of our nation's history was when we let the domestic enemy trash literacy requirements because they could be subject to abuse. Stop the abuse-but make literacy a carved-in-stone prerequisite to conferring power on people who can destroy the earth while getting blow jobs in the Oval Office.
