Texas, I am hiring civil engineers right now. I will gladly accept applications. Will you provide a contact name at Rice?

TexasDude,

Thanks for expressing better than I could my revulsion for the myopia and wickedly small-mindedness of the itsy-bitsy weinie right.

”Please Lazarus, tell me why engineering students from Rice University can't find jobs as you allude...oh! That's right they will have to move to India!!”

One hundred years ago kids worked on their parent’s farm unless they could be hired by a local tradesman. Fifty years ago people sold their goods regionally. Thirty years ago you had to have the national market. Now you must think globally to compete. In the future you will have to compete internationally.

Our success is based on laissez-faire free enterprise and it works. Of course there have always been those like you with no vision who would like to stop it. Or, like the lazy spoiled kids in your daughter's class who think they are entitled to an income.

just because your kid graduated from college does not mean the country owes her a job, jobs are created by those people you commies hate, does she wish to work for an evil corporation? High taxes, insurance and lawyers make it hardly feasible to keep or start a company in the united states any longer, why don`t you read (atlas shrugged) and get back to us here.

You obviously support
I support nothing of the kind. You infer through the limited vision of your blinders.

Walmart is the largest retailer in the world and they pay their workers wages that are below the poverty levels and they have no medical benefits.
You intentionally skipped right over my objection to your apparent solution. I await an on-point reply.

We'll go on from there once you give it.

Lazarus, do you think there is a conspiracy to hide these jobs from people that want to work?
TexasDude, do you think technology is going to go away just because you don't like its effects?

ANSWER UP! THESE are the points we're dealing with, dude! Not whether your daughter is entitled to a job. The jobs will follow those answers. And you may not like those answers and you may not like those jobs, but reality doesn't give a ****!
