Speaking of trusting Singapore more than our own Dept. of Agriculture (a sentiment with which I agree right now) I think I read or heard that Singapore expects to continue the ban for the incubation period -- seven years.

I guess I might start eating U.S. beef then again, too, if I'm still alive.

Welcome to the Bush administration, where all agencies of the Federal Government have been auctioned off to the highest bidder. Clearly, the Cattlemans Association's campaign contributions bought control of that particular branch of the Department of Agriculture.

There's a real problem with what's happened to our government - and it isn't just the Republicans that have been doing this, but it is definitely more of a Republican "tradition."
