Well I wish all on the thread a merry Christmas. I remind all the wingnuts that the Prince of Peace once said he who lives by the sword shall die by the sword. At its most basic level that is what I find most disturbing about Bush. He seems to want this nation to live by the sword. We defeated russia and china by television and trade. We are on our way to winning Iran by the internet. There is no reason to engage in wars like Iraq. al queda is something else as it is an active enemy of the US. If bush can forgive Kadafi for his part in the murder of innocents on the Pan Am flight why can't he grant clemency at home to those facing the death penalty?
