You are barking against the wrong tree my friend, you might want to check the SEC civil spanking from the 22ed (given to us typically after the market Christ eve on 24 be the comp). Call it "mad SEC disease" if you will. WAKE OUT AND SMELL THE MAD

Hard to know what the "average investor" will do. Of course, BPUR is not that well followed I should think. In addition,as you know, the hemoglobin product is certainly free of Prions. Nevertheless, the stock price might be irrationally hit over the next few weeks. The company might want to consider saying something to reassure the investing public and the stock owners.
