This is a perfect example of "The law of unintended consequences," Gina. The only reason we have SUV's is because of the CAFE restrictions on large cars. People can't get the large cars with enough power so they buy large SUV's instead.

Now a law to help business has helped SUV sales. And I am sure some law will be passed to cure this, and will end up creating another problem. It's like the "Tar Baby."
