PETA will be all over this. Yes, they will. There are lots and lots of reasons for weaning ourselves from eating cattle. They're not good for either us or the environment. PETA's particular interest in the matter will have to stand in line. In any event, PETA cut their own throats, IMO, with the Nutcracker Suite stunt. If I've ever seen a last straw, that was it. I wouldn't be caught dead in a fur coat and I despise anyone this side of the Arctic Circle who would, but enough is enough. Now if beef just didn't taste so darned good...
