Actually, blaming Clinton AND Bush for Mad Cow in the US makes quite a bit of sense.... They BOTH went along with the charade that our 'Agriculture Dept. inspections' are. Mad Cow's outbreak has been a near statistical certainty for some years now --- given our 'penny wise, pound foolish' policies. Read the Times piece from this morning again --- you'll note that the authorities have no way of knowing how many human cases have already been created over the past few years....
